Deepak Sahakari Sangha Ltd had 444 members as on 30 June, 1970. and Rs. 1 lakh authorized share capital. First board meeting was held on 22nd November 1970 at Sri Jaga Jyothi Basaveshwara High School , 2nd block, Rajajinagar, Bangalore-560010. In the later stage the Sangha was converted from Deepak Sahakari Sangha Ltd to Deepak Sahakari Bank Ltd on 8-6-1980 . The Bank has recently completed 52 years of service successfully.
During the period Bank has completed its computerization in all branches. Bank has completed Core Banking and all branches are on core banking. This has extended Value Added Services to its customers.
